Unity Game Designer

Arhpez Technologies (Pvt.) Ltd. looking for specialized creative individual to join our team as a “Game Designer” for our gaming studio. A Game Designer with a passion for all genres of games and an understanding of the industry market and target audiences. As a Game Designer here at FRS, you’ll find yourself in a cross functional role, working with developers and the marketing team to create an engaging and original games.

Responsibilities

  • Make contact with potential clients to explore new business opportunities.
  • Explore and develop new business opportunities and understand clients’ requirements and acquisitions.
  • Generate business through online freelancing portals.
    Write proposals for projects.
  • Knowledge of IT terminologies.

Requirements

Requirements

  • Should be creative enough to design multiple devices and user imagination.
  • Strong Grip on Documentation Tools Especially (MS word, MS Excel, MS Power Point & MS Access)
  • Should be able to plan and implement (Modes / Levels, Economy, Inventory, FTUE).
  • Should be able to work on Illustrator, Photoshop
  • Should be able to make sprites
  • Able to work on 2D assets game generation
  • Sound Knowledge of Prototype (Idea to concept, Storyboards, Concept to playable).
  • Sound Knowledge and Implementation of User Interface (UI to Monetization, UI to Inventory, Side Dressings, Runtime Randomization).
  • Sound Knowledge and Implementation of User Experience (Design Best Experience, Design as per Genre Targeted Audience, Max Ach / Min Failure, AD Pattern / IAP Placement, Rating Pop ups, Interactions / Camera Angles).
  • Should have knowledge and Implementation of Game Design Document (Concept Document, User Stories, Regular Adjustment).
  • Sound Knowledge of Market Research (Target Audience Needs, Competitors case study, Analytical Comparison).
  • Sound knowledge of Game Content (Panels, Voice Overs Text, Animations).
  • Should be a passionate Gamer.

Experience:

  • 1+ years of working experience.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Graduated in (CS/SE, IT)

Skills and Specifications:

  • Should be honest, respectful, and trustworthy
  • Knowledge of bidding portals.
  • Have an idea of email marketing.
  • Understanding of Tech Stack to pitch to clients and ability to understand the latest software technologies.
  • Able to understand business requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
  • Excellent Written and communication skills.
    Fiverr and Upwork knowledge will be a plus.
  • Passion to achieve monthly targets.
  • Should be comfortable in client interaction.
    Able to do work on the night shift.
  • One year of experience is required.
